I was very lucky to run into ‘Tera Moving’ by chance, I approached David as he was finishing a job near the new apartment we were moving into, he was very nice and worked a deal out with me, it was worth every dollar. The gentlemen that came did an amazing job. They took every piece with care and was wrapped, we did our boxes ahead of time. They do by hourly but they are extremely honest. They disassembled and reassembled the beds, I almost do not have any fear of moving again because I know David and team at Tera moving has got my back. They operate in New York City and New Jersey.
I would highly recommend Tera Moving! Excellent service at a great price. We had 4 workers help us move from 2 different locations and everything was handled with care and done in a very timely manner. There was no additional haggling or issues with payment as everything was communicated up front and flat hourly rate even with a few extra boxes used.The communication could've improved leading up to the move day as it felt I had to reach out a few times to get validation after initial deposit but if you don't mind that then don't worry about it. Felt like a smaller business that you get care from rather than large moving companies that try to nickel and dime everything and charge way too high.Thank you Tera!
Wow the team did an amazing job- from start to finish. I spoke to Karen & David on the phone, they were so professional, kind and great listeners. As soon as we got off the phone I received a quote within an hour. The moving team hands down the absolute BEST! They were early, efficient, organized, speedy and great energy. The whole team- so kind and took great care of all our furniture. They moved our whole house with great care and attention. Their energy was phenomenal and in general so professional. I will book them again next time we move and highly recommend their service. Thank you so much, we could not have done it without them.
